Song N° 1 : FAIR WORLD

lyrics by Aliane A. ,  Lea F.  , Ambre D. ,  Jenny T. ,  Virginie M. , Pablo Z., Behedine K . , Victoria V . , Damien V. ,  Sebastien D.                             2NDE CANADA ( Vancouver)

Imagine a world where humans live easily

From country to country, from city to city

Trying to escape this terrible poverty

That kills us from city to city

Men , women , children

Their rights are written

CHORUS:

Use your imagination

Stop discrimination

Watch the world in colours

Take my hand brothers !

Is there a world without poverty?

A world of solidarity ?

We should all be friendly

As we’re part of the same family

Join me ,

‘Cause we’re all free

CHORUS:

Use your imagination

Stop discrimination

Watch the world in colours

Take my hand brothers !

If anybody says

Something about you

You don’t have to say

“I want to be YOU !”

Don’t discriminate

You can’t manipulate

We belong to the same nation

Never change your education

CHORUS:

Use your imagination

Stop discrimination

Watch the world in colours

Take my hand brothers !

Freedom of expression is the base of the nation

You should respect the Universal Declaration

Free speech is the rule of peace

Privilege peace and forget the police

CHORUS:

We’re writing songs

To live peacefully

Don’t walk alone

Join me and get along

Protect your community

To live in safety

Song N°2 : Make it Right !

lyrics by Lucas A ,  Mael P,  Mohamed E , Andrei L , Walid K

(2NDE UK London)

Jailed for committing a crime

It’s a violation of human rights

No one has a right to take somebody else’s life

Every one has a right to life

CHORUS:

Everybody should have protection in their nation

Everybody should live in safety in their country

You don’t have a perfect life

The world needs good vibes

It’s high time to stop crimes

There is no time to wait

It can be too late

We must change our common fate

Stop the world’s offence

Vote against death sentence

CHORUS:

Everybody should have protection in their nation

Everybody should live in safety in their country

You don’t have a perfect life

The world needs good vibes

It’s high time to stop crimes

Women are victims of discrimination

They have the right to abortion

Their  human rights are violated

We have to stay united

Women are also human

They should be respected

Together we are stronger

Your gender doesn’t define your abilities

At work we are all a family

CHORUS:

Everybody should have protection in their nation

Everybody should live in safety in their country

You don’t have a perfect life

The world needs good vibes

It’s high time to stop crimes

Azza Saliman was persecuted by the government

She got a big punishment

She struggles for basic human rights

She has won her life’s fight

CHORUS:

Everybody should have protection in their nation

Everybody should live in safety in their country

You don’t have a perfect life

The world needs good vibes

It’s high time to stop crimes

Song N°3 : Together is Better

lyrics by Sabrina, Manon,Celine,Lilia, Lilou

(2NDE UK London)

A better place this world would be, you  know ?

Together we can beat  Human Rights  abuses

That touch  Lybia’ s refugees

War is separating families

And you’re fleeing your country

In order to get safety

CHORUS:

Wherever is your place

Let us not get separated

No matter what’s your race

Together we can live united

British people say you’re welcome!

So you can find freedom

We’re  all born free and equal

Don’t hate or be brutal

CHORUS:

Everywhere you’ve got human rights

If you want them you don’t have to fight

The right to food and shelter

So let’s share them together

Women’s rights are abused world wide

They shouldn’t have to hide

Remember Mary’s story

So many women suffer from inequality

Pregnant in Ireland

Mary ’s got the right to live in a fair land

Willing to get an abortion

They should respect her decision

CHORUS:

Everywhere you’ve got human rights

If you want them you don’t have to fight

The right to food and shelter

So let’s share them together

Song N°4 : UDHR, alright ? !!!

  lyrics by  Rémy O  , Gabrielle B, Cyril D, Noah D ( 2NDE USA  Miami )

We should take discrimination seriously

Let’s stand in solidarity

When you make your decisions

Include human rights in your actions

Advise the world to sign petitions

You have a right to education

Chorus:

Human rights are necessary

For the freedom of everybody

Nobody can live without them

Anybody who violates them

Should have serious problems

Homosexuality is a global  issue

Gay people should not be discriminated

LGBT rights should be respected

Homosexuals are wrongly accused

Their rights are being abused

Chorus:

Human rights are necessary

For the freedom of everybody

Nobody can live without them

Anybody who violates them

Should have serious problems

Kim Jong-Un isn’t worth being a leader

He is the worst serial killer

Thousands of people are political prisoners

In prison for expressing themselves

Chorus:

Human rights are necessary

For the freedom of everybody

Nobody can live without them

Anybody who violates them

Should have serious problems

Everybody has the right to take responsibility

Respect and equality

Are the key to human dignity

Fight for people’s liberty

We should all stand in Solidarity

Chorus:

Human rights are necessary

For the freedom of everybody

Nobody can live without them

Anybody who violates them

Should have serious problems
